137-acre plot along the Bushkill Creek in close proximity to the Delaware River.  Neighbors:   "Manuel Gunsalis Jr." (as referenced in the ledger) and William Courright (spelled as Courtwright in the ledger).  Other neighbor is Charles Moore -- the ledger only refers to Anky Moore.
